Use this page to request deletion of your main agency, sub-agency, broadcaster or agency application account and its related data.
How to request deletion
- Tap the button below. A pre-filled email will open.
- Enter the email address registered to your account (phone number for broadcasters) and your account type.
- If possible, send it from the email address registered to your account. This lets us verify you quickly.

Data that is deleted
Your account information (email, password, full name, phone), your application information and the records belonging to you in the panel are deleted within 30 days after your request is verified.
Data that may be kept
Records we are legally required to keep, such as commission and payment records, are kept for the required legal period and then deleted. Broadcaster applications already sent to the Livu/Yaar platform are subject to that platform's own policies.
